It is in these challenging times that a patient advocate offer a multitude of services to ensure that the patient’s concerns and needs are answered. Since its inception, Perfect Advocate has and will continue to focus on the health and safety of our clients, our staff, and those who serve with us to maintain the availability of our program services and to be a resource for patients, their families, and their care teams. In response to COVID-19, we have implemented additional safety measures and reviewed our protocols to ensure our clients, families, and staff are prepared.
